When I first started training with Marc I couldn't run for more than 5 minutes without feeling faint. Together we sat down and set realistic but challenging goals of which one was to run the Barnstaple Race for Life. Needless to say I completed the race. We have since set more goals of which one was to run in a 10k race which I won! This is something I never thought possible in such a short time.
