Boot Camp

"Commando Fitness Camp" is North Devon's only fat burning, weight reducing, body toning Boot Camp lead by a former Royal Marine Commando. As a former Marine I know what Boot Camp is all about.

Bridal Fitness Camp

It's one of the biggest days of your life and you want to look and feel great! Trying to make time for fitness seems impossible while planning a wedding, let alone actually getting the results you want that is why I designed the Bridal Fitness Camp.

Bridal Fitness Camp is a group fitness program to get you and your bridesmaids looking fit and fabulous for the big day and the only one of its kind in North Devon. For more information please click here

Sports Conditioning

If you want to imrove your sporting perfomance either on your own or with your team in a bootcamp setting then I can design a program to suit your needs. Weather that is incread speed and agility, power or strength. Working with a Personal Trainer will guide you and motivate you to be your best.

Golf Conditioning

Golfers spend hours and hours perfecting their swing in the hope of improving their game. There is only so much the golf pro can teach you but if your posture is out of whack or your flexibility is not the greatest then you are not going to be able to convert all those lessons into a better round down the links.

It's not going to be your cardiovascular fitness that lets your golf game down. You need to develop power, conditioning, flexibility and balance with a golf specific fitness program.

Fit Kidz

Fit Kidz is a group fitness class designed for kids as young as five. Incorporating play and games "Fit Kidz" will be a fun and exciting way to help your children live a fitter more active life!

Sports Therapy

Sports Therapy is an aspect of health care that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the sports person back to optimum levels of fitness, regardless of age and ability.

Sports Therapy uses the principles of sport and exercise science, incorporating physiological and pathological processes to prepare the participant for training and competition and where applicable, work.

Sports Therapy can also be used to treat everyday muscle aches and pains.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage: Sports Massage, is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the muscular-skeletal system. Received regularly this may help athletes prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse. A constant build up of tension in the muscles from regular activity may lead to stresses on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves.

These muscle imbalances may develop and often go undiagnosed until they are serious enough to cause the athlete discomfort or impede performance. As a Sports Massage therapist I will be able to detect variations in the soft tissues and by using the correct techniques, help the sports person maintain a much healthier physical state.

It may therefore be reasonably claimed that one of the greatest benefits of sports massage is in helping prevent injury.
